Return Policy
We stand by everything we sell, 100%. While all sales are final, if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, neither are we. Please contact customer service at shopsupport@schweigerderm.com to learn how we can make it right. Note, if you purchased a product in-store, please contact the office directly as policies differ. Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days of the delivery date. When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at shopsupport@schweigerderm.com. To help resolve the issue, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
Shipping Errors
