Return Policy

Can I cancel, change, return, or exchange an order?
We stand behind every product we sell.

  • Unopened Products: Products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Opened Products: Returns of opened products will be considered in cases of adverse reactions or sensitivities and must be less than 25% used. Customers must contact customer support within 30 days of purchase for assessment. Refunds or exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days following return approval. To initiate a return or if you need assistance, please contact customer service at shopsupport@schweigerderm.com

Please note:

  • eGift Cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased in-office must be returned directly to the office of purchase. Please contact the office directly.

Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days of the delivery date. When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at shopsupport@schweigerderm.com. To help resolve the issue, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.

Shipping Errors
Customer is responsible for entering correct personal and shipping information upon checkout. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shopsupport@schweigerderm.com.
