      Schweiger Skin is our new skincare line, featuring updated formulas, refreshed packaging, and an elevated skincare experience. Each product is dermatologist-recommended and formulated with gentle, clinical-grade ingredients.

      Are Schweiger Skin products prescription products?

      No. Schweiger Skin products are nonprescription skincare products. For prescription skincare options or questions, please contact your preferred Schweiger Dermatology office.

      Where can I find ingredient lists and usage directions?

      Complete ingredient lists and recommended usage directions are available on each product page and on the product packaging.

      Is Schweiger Skin available at Schweiger Dermatology offices?

      Yes. Availability may vary by location. Please contact your preferred Schweiger Dermatology office to confirm which Schweiger Skin products are currently available.

      Why am I seeing two skincare lines on the website?

      During the transition to Schweiger Skin, products from our previous skincare line will remain available alongside the new collection while supplies last.

      Is the previous skincare line being discontinued?

      Yes. Products from our previous skincare line will remain available online while supplies last. Inventory varies by product, so some items may sell out sooner than others.

      Will product names or packaging be different?

      Yes. Schweiger Skin products feature new branding, packaging, and product names. We recommend reviewing the product description, ingredients, size, and directions to make sure you’re selecting the right product.

      Prices may vary from our previous skincare line based on the product, size, and formulation. The current price for each Schweiger Skin product will always be displayed on its product page.

      Will discounts and promotional offers apply to both collections?

      Promotional offers may not apply to all products or both collections. Please review the terms of each offer and confirm any applicable discounts in your cart before completing your purchase.

      Can I use eGift Cards for Schweiger Skin products?

      Yes. Eligible eGift Cards can be used toward Schweiger Skin purchases. Any applicable exclusions will be displayed at checkout.

      Could my order include products from both collections?

      Yes. If your order contains products from both collections, they will ship separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

      What happens to recurring orders or subscriptions for products from the previous skincare line?

      Customers with recurring orders for products from our previous skincare line should review and update their subscription settings during the transition. To help avoid interruptions to your skincare routine, replace any discontinued product with its recommended Schweiger Skin alternative.

      Can I return or exchange products from either collection?

      Products from our previous skincare line are** final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Schweiger Skin returns and exchanges are subject to our Online Shop return policy. Please review the policy for complete details.
